So I've got the flu and feel like crap. I can't sleep and want to jump out my window. So why not sit down and play a few hands of micro limit holdem at pokerstars? I played poorly and super agressive. I had six tables open and any time I had a hand would make retarded sized bets, call reraises, sometimes I had the best hand, sometimes I lost, and sometimes donked out bigtime. After about an hour I just didn't feel like trying to concentrate at all - so I shut it down, amazed that I was up $25 bucks. I wonder if I made my game worse by playing today. I think I'll obstain until I feel better.:joyman: What changes would you make if HAD to play when you were sick or after a death in the family, ect. . .

I will not play if I have things on my mind.I must be able to concentrate on the game and watching the players at the table.A clear mind while playing and not having distractions is a big deal to my game...IMO

You wouldn't go to work feeling like that, would you? Playing poker isn't a good idea in those conditions either. Go watch some Batman and eat some soup.
