It is very different for different persons. If you are relatively fresh and like to stay till late frequently you will play better during the night as most other players in your time zone will be tired and also during the night nobody will distract you. I personally am ok till around 01:00 AM but i know people who are hardly thinking at all after 10PM.

For me, the game night is bad. If you get up early in the morning, by the night affects fatigue and there is so much attention as in the afternoon or in the morning. My concentration is best when fresh and I'm playing than when I'm tired and I play
