If preflop and someone called you, that's great (as lond as it was one caller, two the absolute most). You can't get a better situation than that. You just got unlucky but I guarantee you will win way more than you lose.
 
Now second case scenario, you raised preflop, got called then went all in after the flop. Well here, you have to practice reading and pot control. If you didn't improve on the flop, you only have top pair which is not a big hand post flop and doesn't warrant moving all in. Simply make a bet, 1/2 to pot sized to see where you're at. If you get called or reraised, slow down and figure out where you're at. Just because you were a huge favorite preflop doesn't mean you're a huge favorite post flop. You have to read the situation and practice some pot control.
 
There's a reason why they say AA is a "win little, lose big" hand. People think they're automatically supposed to win everyhand with them and severely overplay them.
