Does the game ever turn you on?

Also, I feel like I play better often after "getting lucky." Anyone else?

Winning poker gives me a sense of accomplishment like winning a game or doing well on a test. It does not turn me on and I never heard of it turning anyone on. But, I would not be surprised if poker turned some people on. I have seen reality shows where people get turned on by some really weird things.

As for playing the game boosting your desire for sex or changing your moods there are bound to people wired in such a way that activities alter there senses and emotions

I hear what your saying and I'm getting old, but when I won my league game on Friday night it was very very close, then I won the CC Poker Stars freeroll and I almost creamed my pants. :p

If it is The wsop Main Event - I agree. Or any tournament which pays a lot of money. Or if you won your first tourney regardless of the payouts.

But having sex with Ryan Reynolds, or Brad Pitt (if you're a woman like me)? And if you're a guy, just imagine having sex with Candice Swanepoel, or Kate Upton on a regular basis. Or whomever you desire or lusted for. That is way better than winning a tourney. ;)

It feels great to win a tournament - but there is nothing sexual about it. ;)
