Of more practical use to most people are books aimed at us mere mortals.  Owen Gaines' "Poker Math that Matters" is an excellent little book especially for those new to the math side of poker.  "Professional No-Limit Holdem" and its sequel "Small Stakes No-Limit Holdem" by Miller/Flynn/Mehta do a great job at explaining the math, including an excellent coverage of SPR.  Primarily cash games books though.  While a lot of the math considerations are the same between cash and tourney play, each discipline requires different strategy and emphasis.  For instance cash will typically rely heavily on SPR considerations, while MTT/SNG can use SPR but really relies more on ICM which doesn't exist in cash at all.
