[*]and last, how many you need[/LIST]I used to host a monthly NLHE tourney. It was invitatation only, and we played at the police departments req center. it usually had around 50-70 entrants. I bought the chips off eBay, as well as some poker felt. 
I got all my cards from the casino nearby. they give them away after they are done with them. although the casino punches them prior to giving them to me, they are still in pristine condition, with a great feel.
So, that being said,  if you want brand-new ones, there are a few websites that sell them. What you are looking for is plastic coated linen finish.
