And i recommend it to anybody see it that way! Just look at it, as it's inevitable part of poker game. And when a hammer of unluck hits on you, try to get a grip on yourself and not start to tilt. If you can't, then be smart enough to quit the game earlier, before you start loosing much, because of tilt. Do something else and come back to poker games, when your emotions are relief. If have nothing to do, it's always reasonable to take some time on studying poker. Read some poker articles/books/forum, analyze your tagged hands, or situations, where you are usually not sure how to play. Watch some poker VODs. There are so many things to do, which also shall be regularly done, to improve your game, beside playing itself. You may play a lot of hands and it's right, you must play a lot to gain experience and practice different situations. But just with practice, without supporting it with theory and math knowledge your game never will be polished up. And it's the best time to study more, when Lady Luck is not on your side anymore, waiting for better days.
