poker leagues

anybody here in a League? i was wondering how your dealers act
the one im in has no desgnated dealers and are in the hands which i dont mind too much until im involved and everyone whos out is talking about the hands
and one more question if you are in a hand and show anyone your cards isnt your hand dead and has to be shown to the table?

it depends on the club/casino rules each one has there own

chef deez is right , but , most of the casinos not allow showing anything ,
but when poker players play with alot of moeny on the table they do what they want , no one will tell them how to play .

If you are in a non casino league it will be very difficult to stop the 1 or 2 players who don't respect the serious side of the game. They will pull all sorts of antics. The ones that get me are the ones I know understand the game but they just are jerks or bullies.

The bottom line, to me, is if I don't like the players enough, then I will go else where.

let me clarify this the league is giving wpt or wsop buy ins and is trying to play in that manner
