I have managed to separate emotion from poker better than most anyone I know, but that might be a personality trait that is hard to teach. I'm just not a very sensitive person and understand the amount chance plays in poker. Sometimes I get unlucky, that's fine. Sometimes I get lucky too. No reason to go tilt and lose more. That is just a vicious cycle. I also have a selective memory and forget my hand as soon as I fold. There are some disadvantages to that, but I never worry about what might have been after seeing a turn and river that might have helped me. [/QUOTE]
