Poker Playing Chimp

Check this video out from ABC. Looks like it was from Good Morning America. They say he's going to play in the Main Event. But I don't see how that is going to work. His handler has to help him too much and it's only one player per cards. They are going to turn this into a circus, literally.

I don't see how he can play from the looks of it he can just pick up chips and also he string bets

Oh and for the record doesn't he have to be 21 to play ? (he could actually be that old I don't know how old chimps live to be and whatnot)

Too young, string betting, doesn't properly look at his cards... even the presenters are perfectly aware that the idea of him competing in a serious poker tournament is a complete joke...
It's a cute clip, but anybody thinking he knows anything other than playing with plastic toys and how to respond to a couple of commands is reading just a little too much into some basic actions.
From what I've seen so far, perhaps someone should be teaching a parrot how to play poker instead...
