Hey guys.

As a player ever looking to increase his game and work out tiny flaws, im always looking for helpful books, videos etc. I have quite a bit of space free on my phone and thought i could put either on audiobook - or a podcast,, i had a quick look but couldnt see any.. is anybody aware of one? Perhaps in the vein of a radio talk show where the discuss hands or techniques or recent events?

Tom

I heard of thinking poker. I should start listening to them myself more often.

Is Podcast a generic term or exclusive to Apple products?

No podcast is not exclusive to apple products. It can be used by any platform. It's just an audio file usually.

a digital audio file made available on the Internet for downloading to a computer or portable media player, typically available as a series, new instalments of which can be received by subscribers automatically. ("proper definition").

Great attitude buddy.

I would say pretty much anything by 'splitsuit' from the pokerbank channel on youtube. I have learnt so much from that dude.

Common poker mistakes part 1 is one of his best vids IMO. and you can still make sense of it just listening to the audio rather than the video. Skip to 7minutes in if you do not use huds.

Thank you, i play some live 'pub poker' a couple of nights a week to get me accustomed to reading chip levels and sizes (i play online mostly) and a few guys there said my game has increased so much over the past month (in the last six games i have had 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 3rd.) I also see/understand a lot more of the nuances and am now focusing on building up my roll (180 caps, fifty50 and will be focusing on some cash games next month).

Here is the link to the video mentioned above:
