Why do the same players win time after time? Are they just lucky? Or do they have skill? 
Poker is a game of skilled gambling. The best players in the world can loose any given hand.(even when you get your money in ahead you can and will get unlucky sometimes) However after a month, year, decade you can see it is a game of skilled gambling because the players who use thier skill the best win and will continue to win. Numbers dont lie and if you understand probability and statistics you should understand how professional poker players look at the game. The best players gamble/wager thier money when the odds are in thier favor and If you gamble/wager your money in scenarios where you have a statistical edge you may get unlucky but in the long run you obviously will win more than you loose, proving the skill needed to win at poker. Bluffing is also a gamble where you can actually win with a loosing hand. When bluffing you must consider the probability of a player folding thier hand when faced with a bet. Math permeates poker,  and it can get pretty deep. Anyone who thinks its a gamble and only a gamble should stay far far away. Or just play for fun...
