Poker Room Manager Salary

Anyone know how much the managers make that work in the poker rooms?

No idea. Where are you from? Wages differ from place to place.

Not sure, but I've heard dealers say they would have to take a pay cut work the floor.

As above, depends where exactly you work, what country you're in, what the conditions are, and exactly how senior your position is within the casino (supervisor, pit boss, area manager, etc), whether you get overtime or take extra shifts, the list goes on.

An "ordinary" floor person at my local casino makes similar money to someone with an "ordinary" office job, if that helps.
