Sorry if this is a no Brainier to some but it's confusing me. our juicy stakes and intertops poker rooms connected? Meaning am I playing with people from both sites?

Yes, these are poker rooms of the same network and they share tables. You can have an account in both rooms if you like, but you shouldn't play with yourself under any circumstances.
