I can tell just looking at the stats that I play a lot looser in the FRs than I normally would. But I believe once I start adding in real games the information will be invaluable, and most likely I will delete every HH from Freerolls because I truly believe this information is throwing off the stats by a lot (well actually it can't be throwing anything off since I only have information from freerolls). I believe Poker Tracker and Hold Em Manager will be the most used legal programs for use at full tilt and some other sites (maybe Poker Office also), but I can really only say for sure about Full Tilt. And I have not had much experience using PT3 so I am just giving my opinion from the little bit of time that I have tried it. And as for the other programs, have never tried them so have no idea.
