1. You have to first tell PokerStars and FT to save your HH. On PokerStars this is done by Options -> Instant HH -> Save HH. On FT its pretty much the same. Once this is done your HHs will be saved to your computer.
 
2. Open Poker Tracker. Click on the site you want to configure, make sure its collecting the files form the same place your poker site is depositing them (by going to 'PokerStars/FullTilt Configuration), then click 'Automatically import hands with Auto Import'. Once this is done when you open Poker Tracker you can just click Auto-Import and it will start your desired sites HH import automatically. This should import your HHs and set up the HUD automatically
 
3. To look at your stats go to the 'Texas Holdem' tab, click settings the chose your screen name. From then on your stats will be the default ones shown, but you can also click the 'Mine' tab to see them.
