If you are playing full ring rather than 6max then your VPIP is too high. And either way your PFR is too low compared to your VPIP, they should be much closer together. If your VPIP is 26% then your PFR should be around 21% or more, meaning you are limping into to many flops and playing too passively. Ideally these two numbers would be very close to each other. Another thing I noticed seems high but I'm not certain about is your fold to turn bet. This I'm assuming stems from your high VPIP and seeing too many flops.
