I believe Thomas "Amarillo Slim" Preston appeared multiple times. I thought the number was closer to 11.

1) Scare card: A card that comes on the board that a player can use to represent he has a big hand on a bluff. Usually an ace but it could be a third suited card or 3rd card to a straight etc.
