I'm writing this post with a new account for security reason.

Bots on WPN (PokerKing.com) “under the umbrella” or why your reports don’t give any result. I think, some of you sent emails with reports about bots and for each of these emails you received a response like: “Thank you for taking the time to contact us amd for the information you provided. We have advanced technology to detect bots and other kinds of violations, we carefully monitor that there would be a fair game at our poker tables. Unfortunately, due to privacy rules and other crap, we can’t disclose the details of our verification and blah blah blah”. But what going to happen next? In 99 cases out of 100 - nothing. My story is pretty much the same, but they (the security team) went a step further and banned me for “legit” reason. Let’s start from begin… I signed up at Pokerking.com (WPN) in the middle of 2019, played a little bit, but then took a break until 2020. Back in 2020, I started playing a lot , yea I forgot to say, I play PLO 400-2k . After playing for a couple of months, I noticed a strange trend of a certain group of players with a very similar play style, and almost all of them were from Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. I googled their nicknames, almost with no any result, although their winrate was already very high at that time. I tried to start chats with many of them - unsuccessfully, from what I made a note that they might be bots. After I created a file, wrote all nicknames there and sent my first email with a report about suspicion of bots. To which, as I wrote above, I received the answer “template”. After that, I continued to play and I was naive to expect that they will all be banned, or at least going suspend for verification. But months later, as you might guess, nothing happened.

A few months later, I added more suspicious players (bots) to the group and sent 2nd email with an updated list, so that it would be easier for support staff to find something “inhuman” in their play.

I don’t know if it’s just my problem/peculiarity or all poker players have a heightened sense of equity, but I assumed that maybe people who work in support not very good in poker, especially in PLO, what more difficult than NL, and I decided to make another email report already with a detailed analysis, statistics of bots and their features, and how different their statistics from legit regulars, I actually spent quite a lot time on this, beautifully prepared the information and sent to support.

14 (!) months have passed from my first email to the last one, I was ready to show \ narrate live with examples to prove that they are bots, but all my effort was in vain. A few months later after my last email, the situation at the tables didn’t change for the better, on the contrary, there were more and more new bots. By now only from 400-1k limits (they don’t play higher, or do play, but with different configurations) there are 41 bots in my database, maybe some of them not active anymore, as I haven’t checked for a couple of months.

So why did I start this post with the phrase that bots are “under the umbrella” of WPN(PokerKing.com)?

1 In 2018-2019 ex owner of PokerKing.com (at that time this skin had a separate owner from other WPN skins) flew (!) to Latvia for a meeting with one of the largest Russian affiliate, whose main office is in Riga. It's not a common situation, right? Usually affiliates go for a meeting with poker rooms, and not vice versa. Guess in which skin most of these bots are registered or you need a hint, lol?
2 There are already so many of these kind of bots that it became obvious even for beginners and discussion of bots was actively conducted not only on the forums, but also in the poker room chats. Spoiler: why there no chat anymore?
3 Bots aren’t banned, they aren’t even suspended for “tick” to check, I know a lot of regulars who sent emails similar to mine to the security service - all to no avail.
Let me through back to the beginning of my post, what kind of “legit” is the reason to ban me from their point of view. Imagine for a moment that you have decided to go on a trip to Europe, particularly - Netherlands. During your stay you: visited interesting museums, walked down the red-light district, eaten a "special" cupcake, or just smoked weed, that’s all completely legal in Netherlands. Having rested and having gained great emotions, you return to your homeland in the USA. But when you landed at the airport, the police arrested you! - You are wondering, why? - "You smoked weed - it's illegal in the US!" police said to you. - You, as an adequate and law-abiding person, answer that "I didnt smoke weed in the US! " - Police said “But you smoked weed in Netherlands!" - You are wondering what is the problem and told to the police “It's legal to smoke weed in Netherlands. You think whats the problem? ” - Police answered “Because you smoked weed in Holland.” Is that weird situation? And why did I tell you all this? Only because this situation is like 2 drops of water similar with my situation and the reason for the “legit ban” of my account. At the beginning of June, I received an email saying that my account was blocked for a month because of using the auto-seating script. I answered the same day that I didn’t use any script at PokerKing.com, explained how I start my session, how I sit down at the tables, how I choose tables, etc. After I received the answer from PokerKing.com that no, you used the auto- seating script and your account is closed for 30 days, and that during this time I need to send standard documents for KYC, as well as to tell which auto- seating script I use. I play 4 networks and in one of them I actually use the script, but only because it is not forbidden to use it there, this is the iPoker network. I wrote this to them in one of the emails, but as in the situation about Netherlands and the weed, they were not satisfied. After 30 days I sent them an email with all information they asked for and again mentioned that I didn't use any script at PokerKing.com, I got response from them.

From my point of view any lawyer would take this case, since there is a 100% guarantee of victory, as I didn’t break the rules of PokerKing.com, and the lawyer would receive his commission for sure . However, in my case, the WPN comes out as Judge, Accuser and Executioner and the disputes are useless here. All these digressions I brought to the fourth point.
