pokerstars deposit

Hello Guys. Iv got an account on pokestars. recently i used my visa card to deposit my account. im wondering the payment refrence on my bank statement is different than that poker stars refrence (that refrence on received by email from poker stars cashier) i sent them email back to ask about it. they didnt answer yet. can u tell me it happens always ?

maybe your currency is set different than to what your bank account takes for example is your account in canadian or american ?
