Good. I think I removed him from my fantasy picks just before deadline. Very frustrating though. My picks from yesterday are no longer available to look at. Can anyone else find their picks?

I wasn't even able to register mine because my Promotions page didn't have the Fantasy Poker option anymore. I emailed FT about it and they said that there was a technical difficulty that a lot of their players are having with their accounts not letting them see half of the current promotions....guess I am one of them, who knows when it will be back up....Good luck with your guys/girls' picks though.

Fantasy Poker had disappeared from My Promotions yesterday in the early afternoon, but it eventually came back for me.

Dive, when you go to make your picks for Event #3, all of the folks you picked for Event #2 should still be on your team list (they always remain until you swap them out.)

Also, I copied my picks to a notepad doc just so I had them. I have 6 out of 15 left in Event #2.

Got it now, good to see FT was thinking of me too ;). So I submitted my picks for the PL Hold'em Event #3 for today and tried entering picks for tomorrow NL Event and noticed that you can only enter one set of picks at a time, so tomorrow I will have to go in and update my lineup for who I want for the NL event? I kind of wish you could just make separate picks for each event right from the get go instead of having to go in there every day to change them, but I guess on FT's part, that is a good idea, gets people to open up the client every day...

I have nobody left but Ivey & Matusow. 2 on my A list (Alan Cunningham & Gus Hansen) didn't even show up!

Already made picks yesterday for event #3, so that's all I was seeing. Now I have to rearrange that list too because of all the bust-outs ysterday that will probably play the Omaha8.

Would anyone think that all the Full Tilt Team will show up, since they are running this Fantasy League stuff? You think FT is sponsoring them? Getting a little tired of these no-shows with no way to find out who is registered.

The $40K buy in was special and most big name pros had prop bets on the total number of entries. (Barry Greenstein had over 220). It wound up being 201. If you figure the $50K HORSE only gets about 150, it's easy to see why so many people skipped the $40K. As the series goes on, I would expect most of the pros to be playing these events.

Best advice for picking people who might actually play that day are to look at who may have won that bracelet in the past (ie: Mike Matusow won an Omaha H/L bracelet). Plus if they busted from the other day's event or are about to bust, they usually will begin play in the newer tourney.

At least FT gives you 15 people. So it's a good chance most of your people will play.

No, you don't have to re-enter every day. Click on the drop-down for the next event, and make sure you hit 'go' next to it. Then click on 'clear' at the bottom, and start over. Your previous list is there just in case you don't update it for the next event. Then you'll be stuck with your picks from the previous event. Actually, I plan to be in there every day, because I don't want to pick players that are still in an event (and doing well in it).

Personally I think Lindgren should do really well again. he is in his prime and i think he will win 2 bracelets this year. Hopefully dwan plays. I wanna see how he will match up in the tournaments. I also think Mike "SowersUNCC" Sowers will do good again. he is a very good online pro that i had the privelage of playing with on AP before. I think he is my best upset to win a bracelet.

Well, neither did too well on Day 1. Lindgren was on my 'A'-list, Dwan on my 'B'. I'd pick your guy for today, but his name is not even on the Full Tilt list? Wanna join my league? It's not too late. A lot of people are making nothing on Event #2 (the 40k NLHM), as a must of the big guns went out early.

Lasted the longest of my 15 picks for that event. Did a lot better than the one and only Yogi Berra of poker, Phil Hellmuth. We got this pearl from him on todays Event #5 (1k NLHE)... "It's a great tournament for the pros because you either get a lot of chips right away or you don't." Golden, eh?

I know this answer

Honestly i think this is the year of the Phil's. Phil Jackson with the Lakers, and Phil Ivey in the wsop. The fact that he has never won the biggest poker game on the biggest stage should not fase Ivey i think he is poised and ready for action. The only way he loses this year is if he faces me because i just might win it all, seriously:deal:

Phil Ivey. No doubt.

Phil Ivey. Just go ahead and put his pic up in Binions and get the bracelet properly fitted.

Phil Ivey. Make sure you get his good side when you take his pic.

Phil Ivey. Yes sir reeee bob.

I hear Ivey but I haven't seen him win on TV.

I like Ted Forrest but I rarely hear Ted Forrest other than that he is a cash game guru.

I did get a kick out of Forrest busting Matusow's chops on TV. Matusow cut up Forrest and Forrest responded with something like "where you gonna get your next stake/loan from."

There is so many players on the starting line that i can't clearly imagine which one is going to win the title.
Anyway my preferences will go to Sammy Farha.
Have to check if he is to play some events i guess. :D

I'm going with Scotty Nguyen. He made some bold statements about how well he was going to do this year, now he has to back it up.

Everyone makes pretty bold statements about how many events they are going to win or play in and whatnot. That is part of the World Series. You can't go in to playing a tournament thinking that you are going to lose.

I think helmuth will get on a run and win two braclets, the old guard is due for a deep run, like ivey and chan, maybe brunson has one left in his 100 year career.

I root for John Juanda. Hes very talented, agressive if necessary and aware. I hope he will be the winner in holdem. :)

Far as I know, and I didn't read the story, but Scotty is rumored to be quitting poker. So I did (would) not pick him for anything.
