Let's assume you can win 65% of the time at any level and that a game takes 1/2hr to play. Two tabling 100 games would take 25 hours.
 
$10 turbo = $10.40/hr profit - start 4 tabling them and its $20.80/hr
$20 turbo = $20.80/hr profit - " " $41.60/hr
 
I don't know about you but $20 an hour is a pretty profitable winrate, imo.
 
P.S. In regards to the level of play, the lower buyins (up to $5) have seen a lot tighter play recently and then it becomes a shove fest once the blinds get too high. At the higher buy in levels ($10 - $100), players don't want to be blinded out or let luck decide the outcome and play more hands earlier on.  
 
Once you have doubled your stack, TIGHTEN UP !!, there is no need to play marginal situations as you have 1/5 of the chips in play and enough to make the money.  I dont recommend sitting out as you could miss opportunities to take another player out or increase your chip count.
 
And yes, you read that right, I am now rolled for $100 Double of Nothing SNGs. And it is all because of these new SNGs that I have been able to increase my BR rather quickly with less variance than say a MTT. I would still suggest having at least 10 buy ins for these and if you lose two in a row, drop down a level.
