Say an NFL ref got in a recievers way and prevented him from making a play on the ball. Is it his fault. NO! He has to be down there, REFS ARE IN PLAY! So your going to pay him to be down there and then fire him for being down there? Doubt it. Nobody seen the previous 3 hours when that dealer ran that game flawlessly.
