Right now I'm tossing around a couple of main points but I want some new ideas so I'll keep those to myself for now.

I wouldn't do a talk on poker.
Most people think its simply pure gambling game with some cards and some chips.
Im not sure you can really take them beyond that in 4-6 minutes.
Just explaining the rules to someone who hasnt played before is 1- 2 mins! (these types of talks are generally given to people who arent expected to have any prior knowledge).
Poker is deceptively complex.. I'm not sure you can really give someone a basic overview in that amount of time.
