Now I have chat on, as it is a good barometer of the maturity, tiltyness and otherwise basic temperament of a player. I personally never say anything anymore, except the occasional NH or WP, if I think it is an appropriate place to do so - and this can come when it WAS a NH or WP as well as a donk suckout - or the occasional comment to get a tilted player to target me (use with caution). But I NEVER chat anymore, (cept in CC games, then I can be a motorchat) and I ignore personal content in chat.

Sure, the comments were low, and I have kids as well, and I would kill for them, but an anonymous insult made by a jackass will not get me riled at all, although reporting this was cool, may get him chat banned. Use his idiocy against him, this is information about him, and information is always good to have.

edit: Just thinking, maybe better to not chat ban him, let him keep showing information, and you keep not showing...... maybe not all that bad after all.................
