Quickest wat to build VPP on stars?

Probably seems like a donkish question but are HU 0.33VPP per game average about 6 mins quicker at building up VPPs than cash at 5nl or 10nl? Also I generally 1 table HU, can two table but don't play as well. I generally play 6-8 cash tables.

100 hands/hr at 0.1 is 10 VPP so it will only take two hours 8 tabling? That seems quick.

I have no idea. I've never really played at Stars.
