Take some time off, cool down and avoid all forms of poker. When you feel you are ready to approach the next game/session with a fresh mind then jump back on just make sure you do take an adequate break. Keep your chin up and remember that it happens to everyone, it's how you come back from it that will determine whether you will be a winner or loser long term.
