Hello! I was reading a couple of articles on how to control the incline and one of the tips was to first recognize what led to the incline.
With this in mind, I share with you what personally makes me lean.
1) The "super professionals" who insult other players.
2) Coolers
And for you? Haha

Hello.
I never have a tilt. I meditate twice a day and thanks to meditation I can easily control my emotions. In general, I just focus on the game and my decisions.

A string of several bad beats in a row or whenever my opponents' bad plays are rewarded.

Changed my mindset and realized all I control is my decisions and that I actually want my opponents making bad plays whether they get lucky and win or not - after that I have been much happier playing poker.

Good luck! :D

You can get mad at bad luck and you can get mad at variances at the table but they will happen anyway so try and focus on you and what you're doing would be my advice

As long as you're happy with the moves you are making then I think you will be able to avoid tilting

Well that's the plan anyways

Good luck out there

Usually is a bad beat which causes tilt, but it is something natural. The important is to control yourselve and avoid biger mistakes which cause bigger damage. Patience is very important here!

1. Bad plays by me
2. Bad plays by my opponents when they get rewarded for it
3. Coolers/setups (the situations where nothing you can do but lose)
4. Losing flips/losing with monster-draws to a 2nd/3rd pairs. My winrate on these are too low that it makes me sad to see how I'm losing another one.
As you can see, a lot of things tilts me but I forget them the next morning. All these poker things doesn't matter as long as you are healthy and happy IRL.

There are several methods to avoid tilt such as meditating, taking a break after losing a strong hand and passing your hand quickly because otherwise you are going to make bad decisions at the table

Frustrating hands cause tilt. Unfortunately, emotion is a part of poker. I try my best to avoid playing with emotions but after a big hand being bad beat or getting all in preflop with a monster and getting called by a terrible hand that has no business stacking off against me, then losing can cause me to go off the reels. I honestly try to avoid playing any hands after a bad beat to avoid tilt but sometimes you seem to get a decent hand that you must play. Winning a big hand after a bad beat is the greatest way to alleviate tilt. If I get a good hand after a bad beat I will often jam it in to give the impression that I am tilt shoving. I will get some calls that I may not have gotten otherwise. Quickest way to replenish those lost chips imo.
