The biggest problem that I see here is that you do not understand rebuy strategy. You should not be going into a rebuy thinking that you can get through it without rebuying at all. The reason people are going all-in left and right is so that they have the advantage once the rebuy period is over by having a lot more chips, even if they are marginal situations when they pushed in the first place. You should go into a rebuy thinking that it's possible for you to have to rebuy 5-10-15 times if you want to have a decent stack when the rebuy period is over.

Many smaller stakes players will play in these tournaments thinking that they will be able to move that single buyin into a cash, but what happens the majority of the time to those players is that they just end up folding to everyone's all-in's when they are trying to build their stack, and when the rebuy period ends, you still might have just around your starting stack, while all of the rebuyer's have 3-4 times that because they took advantage of it.

If you don't understand that the $1.10 rebuy should probably end up costing you at least $5.50, then you are going to end up pissed off every time, because you're going to be taken advantage of. It's very frustrating even for people who want to rebuy just because of the HUGE hand range that people will push with, but that is just the strategy of rebuys, so you'll have to either adapt and get used to it, or stop playing rebuys.
