The blinds were 100/200 and we were both sitting on around 6k in chips. He checked the SB to me and I made it 700 to go. He called. The flop came out 766. He checked and I bet another 700. He called. Here's where my game fell apart. The flop came out a Ten, he checked again I assumed there was no way he could call without a hand as I had shown strength the whole way. By this time there was clse to 3k in the pot and I did not want to see a high card on the river. The only bet that made sense was a shove so that's what I did. He called with ATo. The river was a 5 but the paired flop gave us both T6 and his ace played.

It was definately a move and I'm not sure I liked his line. AT is not a good trapping hand and I'm a bit surprised he didn't raise pf. The call on the turn was a bit loose but I suppose he wanted to see what I did on the turn. The fact that I paired the flop was irrelevant. I planned to shove anything other than an ace or a king. What do you all think of this move. Bad luck, bad play or a little bit of both.
