I agree that sometimes there seems to be that 'Dramatic Pause', but disagree that it is ever a cause for concern.

Except that there could be.

That's possibly true if you're playing on Zynga or one of the social gaming sites. It's definitely not true if you're playing on one of the regulated real money sites though (Stars etc)
