rough day

yesterday was a rough day but today is a new day hopefully my patience stays with me today and i dont get donked {again} u guys been a great helo c ya at the tables gl

Well figurativly speaking i was killed on the felt yesterday.
Just couldnt put anything together or get anything going on the tables.
just a rough day.;

I know how you feel, some days you never have the hands and when you make moves you always get called. Or you get hands and they always get sucked out on! Whenever I have one of these days I stop playing before I tilt, and go hang out with friends or something fun to get my mind off poker. If you ever find yourself dwelling on losing the money you had, don't play 'till you're over it!!!
