Antonio Esfandiari folding and saying "All In" with Negreanu in the hand, but looking the other way. The face on Negreanu was just as priceless as it gets.

It would have to be Jennifer Tilly on Poker After Dark against Patrik Antonius. The expressions on all the other PROs faces after she calls and checks to PA because she thought her full house was no good. She actually said oh I thought you were holding Pocket Kings. You can youtube this video, priceless the looks on the PROs faces.
