Erik Seidel just won the WPT High Roller event. I can't get the link to work but he took it down heads up vs. Lindgrun. (sp). Daniel N. was 3rd.



Dude is on an amazing heater.

Erik Seidel is so freaking good. He got to try to make some noise and be more known. I think he is ahead in most all time tournament winnings beating Daniel N., and Phil Ivey. He's having his best year with 5. something million. I swear he is so underrated in heads up, he went back to back to the finals in the NBC Head Up Champion (losing the first but winning the second). It weird how he is so less known and famous then daniel and Ivey. Great job to Seidel on another great victoryl

ty :) (I actually had 'Seidel' listed as favourite player in 'my profile' for yrs. now, but mostly just to throw people off so they wouldn't ask me questions about Fulltilt).

Seidel is the ultimate shark. He's the guy at the table who's quiet and doesn't look like much, never talks about how much he knows about poker but just rakes in every pot. Those are the guys to stay away from, not the wannabe Durrrs and Iveys (really, how many can play their style profitably?).

Cunningham is similiar to Seidel imo. Have both near top of my list of fav. players for nlhe mtt... respecting their humble demeanor.

Not to mention it seemed like he slept through the Heads Up Final while dominating Moneymaker.
