Poker is a game of deception, but when two or more players are obviously friends at the table and one has the nuts and fails to raise another of his friends, that is slow-rolling and considered Collusion between friends and could/should result in being banned from the game and the Casino.
I have gone along with friends to a game at a Casino, but they know, when it is announced "Shuffle up and Deal" the gloves come off and it is every man for himself, there are no friends at the table and I will try my best to take them down.
