Either way, a great player will remember parts of the hand that you might have missed and will use them against you in the future of the match.

Punching someone is not within the rules of the game, or even the law, so that bit is pretty cut and dry. Strategically, you're going to get banned from the casino and certainly kicked out of the game. Ethically, it's pretty ridiculous to get that upset over losing a game in which you volunteered to participate.
