slip in a pinochle deck

We done this while playing holdem at my sisters.the girls went out to smoke and we switched to a penuckle deck.Four people allin first hand.It was hard to keep a straight face.My sister had queen of hearts in her hand and one on the flop.Still didn't catch it though it was hilarious.
