I did what I was suppossed to do, got in with the better starting hand. This isn't A vent, brag ,or bad beat story. It's the explaination that the big pairs don't always hold up, you can play well an entire tourny, do it all right , and be gone in one hand in no-limit. In this particular tourny I had some hands hold up as they should. won A few that I was behind after the flop, and lost to A inferior, starting hand. It wasn't inferior after the river. It happens just as sure as god made little green apples. It's not the last time either. I have learned the lesson of not being too upset about any others player or suck out. The acceptance of this facet of poker, has in recent times helped me to understand that although I had the superior hand in the beggining, Sometimes, laying them down to protect my accumulated chip stack would of also been A good move. It was A 50-50 toss up, as to whether i should of called, once I did then it was out of my hands as to the outcome. Lesson learned. [/QUOTE]
