I waited two months since Nov 23 2020 and they reinstated me. I withdrew 200$. It went through to my bank all fine. I play blackjack again on a couple different days. I make another 110 USD They had only reinstated me for about a week. Then of course I get the exact same email about the multiple accounts even though they told me themselves that they closed the duplicate accounts, would be happy to transfer all the funds into one account and let me play again. I even asked live chat to permanently delete this play money account because I have not used it to play in years since the original incident. They said they could only close it but can not permanently delete it. They said it can be re opened at any time and can not be closed entirely (the play money account) So if they tell me they are closing any duplicate account then they reinstate me and as soon as I win anything they just freeze me again am I supposed to repeat this perpetual loop every single time I win anything?? Will I have to wait two months between every gambling session? They told me themselves that they were closing the duplicate accounts and that my real account would remain open. That lasted a week. Do they not keep track of what previous interactions they have with players?? It seems like one person reinstated me and then another support staff unaware of the reinstatement gets an automated flag and then the whole damn thing starts all over again? Please how do I just work with them to close the stupid account that I made the mistake of creating for the sole purpose of practicing play money permanently permanently and show them that I am cooperative and above board and have never cheated or colluded and all I want to do is just have one account and that is all. Please someone help me I am on disability for schizophrenia and I don't understand why they are freezing me, reinstating me, freezing me, reinstaing me . This is the 3rd time now and I'm guessing that they will reinstate me and somehow this mistake I made will continue tripping me up again and again and again and I have no idea how to permanently delete/close whatever you wanna call it the duplicate account and just want to play on one account [/QUOTE]
