I'm not sure on cash game staking but in tournament staking it's pretty standard for it to be 50/50 with makeup or 70/30 or 80/20 (in favour of the investor) with no makeup. Obviously cash games have less variance but if you have good results you'd be best off getting a long term staking deal where you get a set % of the profit and makeup carries over.
