I cant figure out what is going on with my game. I have had so many badbeats and just plain bad cards for 2 weeks now. Ive moved down betting levels and it still dosent work. Anyone out there have any ideas what I might be doing wrong. Ive went from $2.90 to over $200 in only limit games and trournaments. Now im down over $150. Ive thought my play might be going south because of just thinking im a good player but have never lost this much. This is the first time I have not been in a positive moving bankroll in 18 months. I belive I have run ito a simple problem with my play that I just cant find out what it is. Anyone out there have any suggestions. Im a tight/aggressive player with alot of hands played. This rut has been over a course of 2500 hands of poker in this 2 weeks. And the only stats of mine that have not gone down is my hands played which is most of the time under 20%. If any one might know what I might be doing differntly let me know. Thanks.

The best thing to do right now is to take a break. You're frustration is probably affecting your play. You could also be on a cold streak. It happens a lot and it could last anywhere from a day to almost a month. Once you surpass the cold streak, you'll start winning again. I would take a break. You'll feel better mentally and you won't lose any more money.
