Reefer poker has been around for a bit now, I also have an account there. I have never experienced any problems with them.

I don't however think that being rude to support is really going to get you anywhere, I realize that you made many efforts at contacting them to rectify the situation, and didn't really get anywhere. I think it was great that reefer showed up here and answered your questions with a little bonus to boot.

Not too many sites would really give a hoot and go out of their way especially the bigger ones who wouldn't care if they lost you as a client.

I had sent an email to Carbon about my inability to log onto their FORUM. It must be a similar problem. I guess I should have been nastier to get my $60 coupon. In the end it was job well done apparently.

I do not think they helped me either with whatever answer they gave me. I will have to go back and see, as well as rerad this thread to see if I can find the answer to get onto Carbon's Forum

Props to Reefer for having two of thier people post in this thread addressing the concern. That's an advantage of smaller sites, they will do things a bigger one normaly wouldn't. I think Mr.Muckets did nothing wrong, I would've probably lost it before he did!!!
