First off honesty with yourself is required, and through that honesty and the reading of this forum, poker books and your own poker experiences, faults in your game will come to the fore.[/SIZE] [SIZE=3]1 – Fault found.[/SIZE] [SIZE=3]2 – Advice on how to cure the fault found.[/SIZE] [SIZE=3]3 – putting the cure to the test.[/SIZE] [SIZE=3]My problem is like the old driver, old habits die hard, and as soon as I get into auto pilot mode I forget what I am trying to correct! I get there in the end but it takes me a long time.[/SIZE] [SIZE=3]Another problem arises later, and that is over correction.[/SIZE] [SIZE=3]EXAMPLE.[/SIZE] [SIZE=3]Not raising often enough from the SB.[/SIZE] [SIZE=3]One year later and I am raising far to often from the SB.[/SIZE] [SIZE=3]My conclusion to all of this is to work on only one aspect of my game at a time, and when I think I’ve got it cracked, stay with it for a good while longer before taking on a new correction.[/SIZE] [SIZE=3]I am just a poor old Git![/SIZE] [/QUOTE]
