I flopped quads about 2 - 3 weeks ago playing $2nl - wondering how can i get this guy to pay me his whole stack - i cbet the flop - he goes all in lol easy enough there. He had AK and i guess figured i was going through the general cbet motions.

Anyhow, the variance at the lowest stakes can be ridiculous. I am experiencing a downswing right now and am not liking the way variance is treating me at this point but overall after reviewing several hands i feel like i am playing correctly and doing the the right things. KNOWING those facts and being able to back them up can really help you get your head back into the game.

Poker Tracker 4 is a great software - and if you're not a fan of the HUD, then dont use it. The program will still benefit your overall game play very much.
