So you've never let your emotions get a hold of you in the middle of a game?

i prefer to show them in a different way, like screaming "bad words" lol

It's not fair, I'm losing my fourth coin in a row! "Or" This idiot ran over my aces for the second time this session! Why is everything so unfair? "How often do you have such thoughts during a session? But the biggest danger is that by allowing such thoughts, you internally begin to resist this reality, you want justice to instantly prevail, but this does not happen.

This is where tilt creeps in - your thoughts are completely occupied with this indignation, and you lose the threads of the game. It would seem that solving this problem is not so difficult - you just need to perceive the realities of poker as they are. But in reality everything is far from so simple, otherwise those who are at least somehow familiar with the mathematics of poker and the theory of probability would not have such problems. Just try to tell yourself during these situations that anything can happen in the short run in poker.
Always remember, poker is like the lottery, no point of getting frustrated

I agree with you, but you need to strive for victories yourself, and not just wait for good luck and luck.

Laughing at the situation makes your brain relax more and the situation does not take it extreme and frustrating as it is, it is essential not to get carried away by that frustration that we will normally experience daily, stay focused all the time to be a winner in poker:jd4::jd4::jd4::jd4:

Been there and corrected it. If I'm ahead on a call and for what ever reason the chips head away from me, it is a win. Making the right call, and not getting the results seems so unfair. What other game can you do everything perfect and still come up short?

This is one of the biggest mindset to over come. Acceptance of not being result oriented. Once that has been achieved, you are ready for real poker growth.

Though I understand it and I get it, this is the part of the game that I really do hate. My KK gets beat by a set by a guy, then 3 hands later I get the set and the same guy gets a straight. I think I am getting my justice and instead I just get more disappointment. Arghhhhhh.

But.... since I have been playing poker and learning how to deal with these things that I CANNOT control, I have noticed that this new found skill I am learning, is helping me in dealing with real life issues as well. Stock market, other peoples behaviors, COVID, there are all elements here we cannot control, and learning how to not get upset about them is a valuable lesson to learn.

Good luck and God bless.
