Anyways, thanks Curtis, and yes I got to play with Annie Duke.  I didn't put her on the above list because she's the next "and final" main big long story person.

I'll post about the WPT Boot Camp.  I think for the average joe to pay what they are asking for ... it's really high considering the stakes the average joe might play at (100 to 200nl).  But if you figure the cash game camp (which I have not attended) is $1500 or so, it doesn't sound all that bad an investment if you are going to a card room every weekend.  The tournament camp (which i went to) was good, not super great, but then again I went to the first one ever.  You also have to keep in mind the "fantasy camp" aspect of these things, part of what you pay for is meeting these celebrities, getting to interact and even play some hands with them.
