If this is the case where you play then you should tip as you would a waitress.

The average in USA is about $1-$5 per winning hand depending on how much it is, typically on winnings over $20.  If the tips were not good the better dealers will go somewhere else, then your room is stuck with bad dealers - and no one wants that - so do as you will, but realize that without the tips you will have many issues with game control and speed because your dealers will suck.

You may think it is easy to deal poker, but it is a very complicated job overall, and you will get what you pay for.
