What is the minimum wage, how much do I make an hour, what hourly would drive to the median wage for location, how many at the table are tipping, and how much I have won in an hour (I have to make a profit too). I have a normal 9 to 5, and a dealer is just doing their job. They should be compensated fairly.

If they are a good dealer, then they should be dealing 30 to 40 hands per hour. If everyone is tipping $1 USD per hand, then the dealer is making an hourly higher than most Americans. Granted not everyone tips so I keep that in mind.

With all of the data above, at the end of every hour that I play I will over compensate for the dealer to have a fair hourly. If everyone is tipping generously and dealer is making a high hourly, then I will tip the average for the hour.

It's a lot to keep track of, but nits don't play many hands, haha.
