The pit dealers always pool their tips, which is a whole other debate. I'd also like to say that I appreciate players who still tip a buck on a small pot and that a dealer should only make what he deserves. I am just trying to explain why there are so many rookie dealers at the WSOP and why some experienced dealers don't want to come back. It's the regular guys like in here that makes the job worthwhile, If it seems like I'm whining that was not my intent, I don't have to deal the WSOP and I come back because I enjoy it......it would be nice to make a bit of change along the way though.
