Wow bro, have much anger?? I think a dealer deserves a tip it is not because he is doig a better job than anyone else, it is just that if you win a nice big pot and you are playing at a card roomn you dfrequent you tip the dealer.
I play at a local card room in Florida, I know all of the dealers by name, anbd every time I win a hand I will tip the dealer unless it is a dead hand and I just rake the blinds, and even the I often give the dealer the small blind.
In the years I have played there I have seen very very few errors made by dealers, and when a dealer is abused by a player the floor boss will sit him out, or if bad enough will kick them out or ban them from the room.
I do play relatively small stakes 1-2  2-5 and on a good night 5-10, the dealers alway6s are tipped out of every winning hand and when I see a player that does not tip I will generally make a comment so he understands it is not cool. Usually the ONLY people I see not tipping are people from out of town, ncertainly not regulat players/ I would say on average the dealers in the Cryustal Card room on a 2/5 table will take in aboout $25 to 50 dollars an hour
